Unfortunately they are so busy they did not have time to update their website regarding specialist cleaning suede and leather products I left the very large suede coat with them and they have promised to try to find an alternative cleaner, apparently these items are now so rare people able to clean them have now retired

After the wedding we had the wedding dress and another suit cleaned. We had thought the dress would be a write off as it had rained on the day and it got dirty just doing the photos! However Imran did a great job and was extremely helpful when I went to collect. He obviously takes pride in the work he does and I would definitely recommend him to others

How are my clothes ironed?

Garments are ironed by experienced staff using professional steam equipment. Shirts and delicate items receive extra attention to preserve shape and give the best finish.

How should I prepare my items?

Simply place your clothes in a bag ready for collection. If you want to highlight any stains or delicate fabrics, you can add notes in the app when placing your order.

Can you iron delicate fabrics?

Yes. We adjust temperature and steam levels depending on the fabric type. Items like silk, viscose or wool are treated with additional care to prevent damage.

Do you return items folded or on hangers?
