Unfortunately they are so busy they did not have time to update their website regarding specialist cleaning suede and leather products I left the very large suede coat with them and they have promised to try to find an alternative cleaner, apparently these items are now so rare people able to clean them have now retired

After the wedding we had the wedding dress and another suit cleaned. We had thought the dress would be a write off as it had rained on the day and it got dirty just doing the photos! However Imran did a great job and was extremely helpful when I went to collect. He obviously takes pride in the work he does and I would definitely recommend him to others

How do I book a dry cleaning collection?

Download the Carlton Cleaners app, create an account then select Dry Cleaning and choose your collection slot. You can track progress and pick your delivery time once your items are ready.

We can treat many common stains such as oil, food, makeup and ink. Stain removal is assessed individually and we always use the safest method for the fabric.

Do you dry clean delicate or speciality fabrics?

Yes. Our specialists clean delicate fabrics such as wool, cashmere and silk with fabric-specific care and finishing.

How should I prepare my clothes for collection?

Place your items in a bag ready for collection and empty the pockets. If you can, label the bag “Dry-Clean” and add any notes in the app about delicate fabrics or marks to check.

Will my items be returned on hangers or folded?

Your garments are returned clean, crease-free and carefully packaged. Depending on the item, it will be returned either folded or on a hanger.
